What FA1TH is
FA1TH is a watch company from Savannah, Georgia, named after the founder's grandmother, Faith; its first watch, The 1, is a hand numbered skeleton automatic made in a first run of one hundred pieces.
The 1 takes the place of the I because the idea is simple: to achieve anything, you need faith in yourself and faith in the Lord.
The idea started in 2023: build something with longevity, and make the kind of watch its founder always liked and could never afford. The 1 is the wearer, the person chosen by the Lord to do great things. The dial is a skeleton because he loves seeing the inside of a watch. The pink in the movement is for his wife.

A skeleton dial leaves the movement visible, so the thing that keeps the time is the thing you look at. No battery. It runs on the motion of your wrist and nothing else.
Two finishes, fifty of each. Once a number is claimed it does not come back.

Steel behaves differently out here. It takes the colour of whatever it is standing in, so the same watch reads warm at noon and almost blue by the water.

A mechanical automatic. It winds off the motion of your wrist and has no battery. It is an upgraded Chinese mechanical movement, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up.
How many exist?
One hundred in the first run: fifty in Black PVD and fifty in brushed steel. Each is hand numbered on the caseback and ships with a certificate numbered to that watch.
What does it cost?
$175 in either finish, with free shipping in the United States. International shipping is $35 to $50.
